I inquired as regarding the life jacket, Doug. I am reliably informed, that hamsters are very good swimmers, and they float well, so no need for life/hamster saver.😉

Well, I'm pleased the poor liitle hamster doesn't have to do all the work. I did wonder because it looked as if his/her turning of the wheel was coordinated with the stern wheel. However it's done, I still think it's a very clever innovative idea.

Asked the owner to bring his hamster boat, but he forgot? but got the details from him.
The boat is powered by a standard propshaft with a 400 motor and 30mm prop! sternwheel just rotates, in the propwash, the hamsterwheel rotates from a small 6 volt motor and 6volt 1.2ah pb battery.😉
No hamsters are hurt in the making of this boat, and definitely NO pointed sticks are used.😐

They also work for peanuts 🥜🤣🤣🤣

I hear that mutiny is quite common amongst Hamsters LOL!

Hi Doug, would love to answer your questions, but I don't own the boat, I just put it on the forum, because on another post, I mentioned I would try and get a photo of such. I will be seeing the owner on Sunday at the lake, so will get your questions answered I hope! I will also enquire as to his life jacket😐
