Have just done first trials of my firebboat restoration, this took place at Cwmbran lake, last Wednesday afternoon, during Cwmbrans normal club sailing time by Invitation of club members that I had met a couple of weeks earlier.
Well my wife and I were both made to feel very welcome, and we learnt so much from the very knowledgeable members sailing that day. Its a shame Its so far awayfrom Hereford, but that won't stop us both becoming members very soon. We may have to limit visits to lake to once a month as It entails an 84 mile round trip.
Our sincere thanks to all those that made us feel part of their community, and anyone Interested In joining modelling club In South Wales/Herefordshire borders then I can recomend you try out the hospitality of Cwmbran.
